NZ sure isn't short of lushness... but damn is the water cold! This is one of many waterfalls located in the Catlins.

Hi!

I instantly loved this picture the moment I saw it in my message center. The colors are very vibrant and really stand out. I love the depth and how it doesn't really feel like a picture. Normally I'd say it looks like a painting, but that isn't even it. I think it's just the sharpness, the strong greens and the silky water.

I love all the details and that there's so much to see. I keep looking at the different branches that are hanging over, the three main parts of the waterfall.

I'm a sucker for long exposures, but since it's also combined with beautiful details, it's definitely going into my favorites!

Can't wait to see more of them!
