Whoa. This leaves me positively swaying on my feet. That is, if I were to be standing at the moment, heh.
Vivid! That's the first word that comes to mind upon glancing at this piece. Then thoughts begin to form as I stare at it longer, and I can't pull my eyes away.
The way you blurred the background, let it all slur together into this clouded haze of lights, allows for the main focus of this piece, your right hand and the camera, to fall into place as the most texturally vivid bit of this piece. [Bit of this piece...that's an odd phrase. 0_o]
All the lights behind you seem to be swaying in this circular motion, I notice, and I can't help but wonder just how you managed to pull this piece off. I won't ask, of course, because quite frankly I don't want to know. I'd rather just be left wondering. xD
This piece has such a surreal effect, but at the same time I think to myself how it leaves me wondering just what I'm wondering about. It all makes so much sense.
The use of black and white really helps in securing the camera as the main focus.
And then the focus subtly includes your hands...
Which would only make sense, considering that the title is Glued To My Hands. Hahaha. What makes that wonderful, is that this piece demonstrates one of the main purposes of art: self-expression. This piece is a photograph of a pair of hands holding a camera; that is how you express yourself. You are a photographer. With this picture, you are declaring to the world "LOOK AT ME! I'M AN ARTIST! WITH THIS CAMERA, I WILL SHOW YOU THIS WORLD THE WAY I SEE IT! AND THEREFORE, SHOWING YOU ME!"

I look forward to more.
